A lot of people have asked me for the dimensions of my home theater and other pertinent data.  Here’s some information:

• Unfinished room dimensions: 15’ wide x 22’ long x 7.5’ high
   
• Finished room dimensions (after shelving was installed): 13’8” wide
   
• Size of screen: 8’ wide x 4.5’ high (110” diagonal)  16:9 ratio
   
• Distance from screen to projector: 12’ 8”
   
• Distance from screen to first row of seating ~12’ (recliners)
   
• Seating capacity: 15 adults (including 6 adult directors’ chairs and 2 computer chairs) + 5 kids for a total of 20 individuals (including 5 munchkins)
